The West End Apartments Leasing Office is at 5890 Cabanne Avenue, Office, St. Louis, MO 63112. It serves all four communities. Please note this is the leasing office address, not the address of Cabanne Apartments, which is at 5882 Cabanne Ave.

Use the Availability link anywhere on this site. It opens our live listings page, which always shows current availability. This website does not duplicate that list, so you never see a stale unit.

Yes. Use any Schedule a Tour button to book a time through our scheduling system, or call the leasing office and we will find a time that works.

Applications are completed online. Select Apply Now from the menu, a property page, or a floor plan, and you will be taken to our secure application.

Current residents can reach it from the Resident Portal button in the menu or on the Current Residents page.

Additional payment methods:

- In the Leasing Office (money order or certified check - cash and personal checks are never accepted)

- VIA PaySlip in local convenience stores - ask in the leasing for a PaySlip

- Flexible rent payments VIA Flex - sign up within your resident portal

Submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal. For emergencies, call the leasing office directly instead of submitting online. If there is a fire, gas leak or medical emergency, call 911 first.

The resident portal is where you pay rent, submit maintenance requests and manage your account. Reach it from the Resident Portal button in the menu or on the Current Residents page.
