Yes. Use any Schedule a Tour button to book a time through our scheduling system, or call the leasing office and we will find a time that works.

Applications are completed online. Select Apply Now from the menu, a property page, or a floor plan, and you will be taken to our secure application.

Rent is due and is expected to be paid on the 1st of each month.

Water, sewer, and trash are included in your lease. Tenants are required to carry the electric account with Ameren in their name.

Cats and small pets are allowed. Pet deposit of $300 and pet rent of $30/mo do apply.

Submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal. For emergencies, call the leasing office at 314-899-0588 ext. 2 directly instead of submitting online. If there is a fire, gas leak or medical emergency, call 911 first.

Yes. There is ample off-street parking at each site.

Once approved for tenancy you will pay a $200 hold fee. This will allow us to hold the apartment for 7-days to complete the leasing process. Upon signing your lease you will pay the security deposit. On the day of move in you will pay your first months rent and show proof of an established electric account for the apartments with Ameren.
